Email hello@cycgreenroom.com. A person reads it. Include the name of your production if your question is about a specific one.
On the sign-in screen, tap forgot your password? and enter your email. A six-digit code arrives; enter it and choose a new password. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder before trying again.
You can delete your account from inside the app, in settings. If you would rather we did it, email the address above from the account's email and we will do it and confirm. See the privacy policy for what is kept and why.
Every post has a ··· menu with a report option. Reporting hides the post from you straight away. For anything urgent, email us directly.
A company is private and joining takes an invite from someone already in it. Ask your stage manager or whoever set the production up — they can send you one. We cannot add you to a company on request; that is the point of it being private.
